Shipping Policy

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of your order. All shipments are made via our chosen courier service and are subject to the terms and conditions of that service. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.

Orders Within India

  1. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 5-7 days
  2. For orders below Rs.2000/-, flat shipping of Rs.150/- is chargeable
  3. Shipping charges will be added at checkout
  4. Made on Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch
  5. Multiple products of single order can be dispatched separately
  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you on registered email

International Orders

  1. We ship across the globe.
  2. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses or Sanctioned countries
  3. We aim to deliver ready to dispatch product orders within 15 to 20 working days of receipt of payment
  4. Made on Order products usually take 20-25 business days to dispatch. 
  5. We dispatch orders only when all the products in the single order are ready.
  6. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  7. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  8. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you on registered email
  9. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  10. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service. If order is damaged during transit or is lost, we will not be held liable. We will also not be held liable for unclaimed orders that are returned to us.
